Every new SirGas Care membership begins with a SirGas Care Health Check.
This allows us to confirm your boiler is safe, operating correctly and suitable for cover while giving you confidence that your heating system is in good condition.
Your Health Check may include:

✔ Boiler safety checks
✔ Flue safety inspection
✔ Operating pressure check
✔ Expansion vessel pressure check (where applicable)
✔ Boiler performance and efficiency checks
✔ Heating controls check
✔ Magnetic filter inspection (where fitted)
✔ Identification of existing faults
✔ Advice on any issues that may require future attention
If we identify any existing faults, we'll explain what needs to be repaired before your membership can begin.

If the total value of covered repairs reaches your Annual Repair Allowance, we'll always discuss the options with you and provide a quotation before carrying out any additional chargeable work.

What's Not Covered?
To keep our plans fair and affordable, the following are not included unless specifically stated within your chosen plan:
✖ Existing faults present before your membership begins
✖ Faults identified during your SirGas Care Health Check until they have been repaired
✖ Cosmetic damage
✖ Damage caused by freezing
✖ Accidental or malicious damage
✖ Faults caused by poor installation or workmanship carried out by others
✖ Faults resulting from sludge, corrosion, limescale or inadequate system maintenance
✖ General plumbing repairs
✖ Household electrical faults
✖ Smart home devices not originally supplied with your heating controls
✖ Commercial properties
✖ Oil, LPG, biomass or solid fuel appliances (unless specifically agreed)
✖ Repairs exceeding your Annual Repair Allowance
✖ Any item not specifically listed as covered under your chosen membership
